Soil Screener
A perfect example of our services and of a satisfied customer came from a soil screener that was redesigned and then fabricated. Our client had a product failure due to improper design of his soil screener. The soil screener had supporting cross member made of angles going through the inside drum of the screener as shown in the before picture. These angles would hold on to big rocks during the soil screening process and drop them from higher up while the drum spins. Placing them on the outside not only eliminated the problem but made the screener stronger as shown in the after pictures. A stronger mesh was also used to ensure durability.
